A classic American Pale Ale with a strong hoppy character but with a good presence of malt. On the nose, the notes goes from mango to peach, from the herbaceous to the grapefruit. In the mouth, the sweet and the bitter alternate in a pleasant mix.

It had to be a one-shot beer for an event but with this Fruit Sour we were able to approach many people to uncommon brewery tastes like the sour world without upsetting them with disarming acidity. So we decided to continue producing it in different variations! Sim Sala Bim is acidified with Lactobacillus Plantaru, lactose added during the boiling and fruit puree during the fermentation. It has notes of cider and in the mouth is fresh and pleasant, but be careful to its 6 grades!

There isn’t the “panettone” inside, but its ingredients do! Our version of Christmass Beer, inspired by the Milanese sweet, like our brewer. From the appearance it looks like a tea, and in fact it’s one of the ingredients: Bergamot Earl Grey to be precise! Citrus notes and warm and enveloping hints typical of the malt used, the Maris Otter. In the mouth sweet notes of iced tea give way to the typical bitterness of hot tea without sugar, for a long and fun final.

Born from the collaboration with the friends of EDIT TORINO. The brewers Mattia and Marco remained faithful to this uncommon style, so loved by them. An Altbier, typical of Dusseldorf, with a brown color and notes of hazelnut and toasted, sliding body and disarming drink. The malts, the hops and especially the yeasts (strain from the Rhineland) all from Germany.
